This list is for that specific characters name, it is NOT a personal thing like the Black List is. Those who find themselves on the Blood List are NOT removed from the community in any way, this list is for RP.
These individuals are to be KOSed for their betrayal or heinous acts in-game. You may also RP the encounter if you so choose. Blood Hounds is a title given to the special team of PvPers who are tasked with hunting down the Oath breakers & other individuals found within the Blood List.
